Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment but no charges are made at the time of booking. Cancellations of all services require a 48-hour notice. 50% of the amount of all booked services will be charged in the event of a cancellation/reschedule less than 48-hours of the scheduled time. 100% of the amount of all booked services will be charged in the event of a no-show and future online booking will be suspended.
